The first thing involved in adding or removing portlets or portlet bundles is finding them, and you can do this in different ways; you can Search for Portlets, Browse All Folders, or View by Subfolder, and once you find the portlet, click Add Portlet to a Page or Remove Portlet from Page. If you find a portlet bundle you want to add to a page, you can Add All Portlets in Bundle to page; you cannot add some portlets in a bundle to a page, but can add the entire portlet bundle.
Searching, Browsing, and Sorting Portlets
You can perform the following actions to help you find portlets or portlet bundles:To search for portlets or portlet bundles, in the Search for Portlets text box, type the text you want to search for and click Search.
On the right side of the screen, click Browse All Folders to access portlets or portlet bundles by folder. When the folders are listed in the Subfolders in "Admin Objects Directory" section of the screen, click the folder name to view the portlets or portlet bundles in it. For instance, click the 508 Portlets folder to view the portlet bundles and portlets you can add to your My Pages; however you cannot see which portlets are in a portlet bundle, and you cannot add some portlets but can add the entire bundle.
Note: Browsing all folders displays folders that might not contain
portlets or portlet bundles.
Adding and Removing Portlets and Portlet Bundles
You can perform the following actions to add or remove portlets or portlet bundles:
To add a portlet bundle to your page, find the portlet bundle you want to add and click Add all Portlets in Portlet Bundle to Page. You cannot select some portlets in a bundle but can add the entire portlet bundle.
