Setting the Default Locale

To set the default locale in Windows:

1. Click Start | Settings | Control Panel | Regional Options.

2. In the General tab, click the Set Default button.

3. In the Select System Locale dialog box, select the default locale from the drop-down list and click OK.

4. In the Regional Options dialog box, click OK.
