Experts

You can add user links (allowing access to user profiles) to an experience definition or a Community Knowledge Directory folder:

1. In the Add Experts dialog box, navigate to the users you want to add as experts.

2. Select the users you want to add and click OK.

1. Click Administration, then navigate to an administrative folder.
2. Open the Experience Definition Editor:
• To create a new experience definition:
1. Open an administrative folder.
2. In the Create Object menu, click Experience Definition.
• To edit an existing experience definition:
1. Navigate to the experience definition you want to edit.
2. Click the experience definition name.
3. On the left, under Edit Object Settings, click Edit Navigation Options.

4. Click Add Experts.

• To manage links for a Community Knowledge Directory folder:
1. Click My Communities and the name of the community you want view.
2. In the community pages list, click Community Members and Knowledge Directory.
3. Navigate to the folder you want to edit.
4. Click Edit.

5. Click Add Experts.
