You can add Web links to an experience definition or a Community Knowledge Directory folder:
In the Link Name box, type a name for the Web link.
In the Description box, type a short description for the link.
In the Web Address (URL) box, type the URL for the link; for example, http://www.mycompany.com.
To save your link, click Add Links.
You can also perform the following actions to manage links:
To navigate to a link's URL, click the link name.
To edit a link, click to the right
of the link URL.
To remove a link, select the link you want to
remove and click Remove.
To select or clear all link boxes, select or clear the box next to Link Name.
To save your settings click Finish.
