You can view, unlock, and delete all locked or disabled user accounts. A user can be locked out for the following reasons:
Disabled by Admin - The user was manually locked by the portal administrator.
Disabled by Agent
- A user synchronization job that is set to disable users could not find
a given user in the source repository. This sometimes indicates a job
failure or a source repository server failure. Consult your synchronization
job log for details.
Note: If many users are locked, you can re-enable them
all at the same time in the Authentication
Source Editor.
Bad Logins - The user repeatedly typed the wrong user name or password on the portal. The number of login attempts allowed before the user is locked out is determined in the User Settings Manager.
By default, all locked users are displayed. To filter the list to show only users locked for a particular reason, select an option in the drop-down list.
You can view the following information about each locked user:
Column |

Name |
Displays the display name of the disabled user. |
Login Name |

Date Locked |
