A community links portlet displays a snapshot of the contents of a single folder in the Community Knowledge Directory and can be placed on selected pages of the community. Once you add this portlet to a community page, you can also use the portlet to add or delete content from the associated folder in the Community Knowledge Directory.
To create a community links portlet for a folder:
Open the folder.
Note: You can create community links portlets only for folders
you create, not for Members
or
Subcommunities.
Click Community
Links.
In the Create Community Links Portlet dialog box,
select the page to which you want to add this portlet and click OK.
The portlet is added to the page you selected and contains links to
the contents of the associated folder. You can edit the portlet preferences
(such as sort order and number of links to display) and the folder contents
from this portlet by clicking Edit
Links.
