Define this lockbox by filling in this page:
In the Name box, type a name for the lockbox. Users will see this name in a list of their external accounts when they click My Account | Password Manager. The name should clearly identify the external system for which users will enter their login credentials.
In the Description text box, type a description for this lockbox. This description displays in the Administrative Object Directory to help other administrators understand what this object is.
Next to Primary Language, you see one of two things:
If your portal administrator has set a mandatory object language in the portal configuration file, you see the mandatory language. You must supply a name (and, optionally, a description) for this language.
If your portal administrator has not set a
mandatory language, you see a drop-down list. Click the language for this
object's default name and description.
The primary language sets the default language, so users whose
locale settings are outside of the supported languages will see the name
and description in the primary language you have selected.
If you want to add names and descriptions for
languages other than the primary language, select Supports
Localized Names. A new section displays, allowing you to add names
and descriptions for additional languages.
Each object can have an alternate name and description for each language
that is supported in the portal. For example, if you have an object called
"Engineering," then you might have the French translation, Ingénierie,
as the alternate name for that object. So when users log in using the
French user interface, they see the object names and descriptions associated
with French.
If you selected Supports Localized Names, you can add names and descriptions to display to users who have chosen a language for the portal display other than the primary language you selected.
Note:
If this object has already been localized into all supported languages,
you cannot add more localized names and descriptions (New Localized
Name is not displayed).
When you are done, click Finish.
Under Lockbox
Properties, enter names for the username and password properties
for this lockbox. These properties will be created when you save the lockbox.
After you have saved the lockbox, these properties appear as links. Click
the links to edit the properties.
End users will see these names in the Password
Manager when entering their login credentials for the external system
corresponding to this lockbox.
Click Finish to save the lockbox.
When done, click Finish to close the Credential Vault Manager.
