Use this page to change the default content source for documents submitted to this directory. Choose the default content source from the This content source list. All valid content sources for your portal display in this list.
If you are setting advanced settings for a subfolder, you can choose the same default content source that the subfolder's parent folder uses. To do so, click Parent folder's content source. The parent folder's default content source is displayed in parentheses next to this option.
Notes:
Because the root folder does not have a parent folder, the Parent folder's content source option does not display if you are editing the root folder.
When a user performs a simple submit of a document, the content source you choose is selected by default. However, users do not have to accept the default content source; they can choose another content source.
If no default content source has been set for the folder to which a user wants to submit a document, the portal searches recursively up through the folder hierarchy until it locates a folder for which a default content source has been set, and uses that content source as the default.
