To specify which properties are associated with which portal objects, perform any of the following actions:

• To toggle the order in which the objects are sorted, click Objects or click the icon to the right of that— (sort ascending, a-z) or (sort descending, z-a).

• To the right of the portal object, you can see the properties that are currently associated with that object. To change the associated properties, click ; then, in the Choose Property dialog box, expand the folders as necessary, select the properties you want to associate with the object, and click OK.

• To display the page associated with this help topic:

1. Click Administration.
2. In the Select Utility drop-down list, click Global Object Property Map.
