Preview Snapshot Query Result

This page provides a preview of search results for the content snapshot. The fields displayed for the search results are the ones added in the Format Snapshot Query Result page, under Query Return Fields. However, for each snapshot query portlet associated with this query, you can select all or a subset of the available Query Return Fields in the portlet's administrative preferences.

• To display the page associated with this help topic:

1. Click Administration.
2. Open the Snapshot Query Editor:
• To create a new snapshot query:
1. Open an administrative folder.
2. In the Create Object drop-down list, click Snapshot Query.
• To edit an existing snapshot query:
1. Navigate to the snapshot query you want to edit.
2. Click the snapshot query name.
3. On the left, under Edit Object Settings, click Preview Snapshot Query Result.
