By default, the View User Profile page displays the following portlets:
General Information—general contact information available to portal users (with appropriate access) such as your name, position, and phone number; your portal administrator can change the information listed and the name of this portlet.
Folder Expertise—the Knowledge
Directory folders for which you are a related expert. Your portal administrator
might add you to a folder as an expert, or, if you have the appropriate
permissions, you can add yourself as expert when you are browsing folders
in the Directory.
To open the Directory folder, click the folder name.
Managed Communities—the communities
to which you have the appropriate permissions to manage the community.
To go to the community home page, click the community name.

If information contained in Folder Expertise or Managed Communities needs to be changed, contact your portal administrator.
When other users view your user profile, they can view only those properties to which they have the appropriate access.

To display the page associated with this help, perform one of the following actions:
To view your user profile through the My Account page:
In the portal
banner, click My Account.
On the My Account page, click View User Profile.
To view your user profile through the portal menus, in the My Profile menu, click View User Profile.
To view another user's profile, click the user's name. User names might display in search results, as related experts or community managers in communities, as community members in the Community Knowledge Directory, or other locations throughout your portal.
