Specify the name and description of the document you want to submit to the portal. The document name appears as a link in the Directory, and the description appears below the name link.
You can submit a document if you have at least Edit access to the folder to which you are submitting documents. Once the folder administrator (one who has Admin access to the folder) approves your submission, links to the document you submitted display in the Directory.
In Name and Description:
Type a name in the Name text box.
Type a description in the Description text box.
