You can create a header or footer for your community or community template, or for the View User Profile page.
You can perform the following actions on this page:
To add or change the header, under Community Header, click Browse. In the Select a Header dialog box, navigate to the header you want, select it, and click OK.
To add or change the footer, under Community Footer, click Browse. In the Select a Footer dialog box, navigate to the footer you want, select it, and click OK.
To remove the header, under Community Header, click Remove.
To remove the footer, under Community Footer, click Remove.
If you are editing a community template, you can
also specify whether communities created from the template must use the
header and footer from the experience definition that displays to the
user. Because users might be assigned to different experience definitions
with different headers and footers, communities created from this template
might display different headers and footers to different users.
To use experience definition headers and footers, select Force
community to use header and footer from experience definition.
Note: This option does not display in the Community Editor or
in the User Profile Manager.

On the left, under Edit Community Settings, click Header and Footer.
Note: To edit a community, you need Edit privilege for the community.

On the left, under Edit Community Settings, click Header and Footer.
To create a new community:
